Crockett & Jones is committed to the quality of our footwear; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 28 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Shoes
Ensure the footwear is unworn and placed back in the original green box with all protective tissue and accessories included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous tracking barcodes.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
